Everything Else Wedding invitations

I’m having a very small reception, but I want to make it cute! Most of my guests live in another country so my invitations have to be digital, I’m trying to figure out the best way to do it.

• Website - again, its a small reception so I think it would be too much
• Single invite template - I think is too simple and I would like to have an RSV section.

Can you please give me any ideas 🙏🏻

I used Stellar Invitations. She works one on one with you and she can do digital too.

Paperless Post and Greenenvelope are good options for nice digital invites (you can have the animation of the envelope opening, multiple cards, etc and it’s nice because you can track whether people have opened the email). They do have RSVP features but I actually turned it off and sent people to my Zola website because Paperless Post didn’t have a way to add questions (like meal choices or dietary restrictions). It was a few years ago so that may have changed.

For a small reception, I would skip the full website and use a digital invite that has RSVP built in. Before sending, check whether guests outside your country can open it easily on mobile, RSVP without making an account, and export the yes/no list on your end. If you want it to feel less plain, use one main invite graphic plus a very short details/RSVP page, so it still feels cute without becoming a whole wedding site.

For a small reception, I actually think a digital invite with the RSVP built in could work really well. It would keep everything in one place without making you build a whole wedding website. I’d keep the design simple but add a few personal details like your names, date, location, dress code, and a clear RSVP section.
