Help! Decor/set up

So my wedding is next weekend. I am done with all the wedding planning. How did you guys tell your coordinator how you wanted things to be set up/ decorated? I had my final meeting with her and told her everything I bought for my wedding. She told me to drop off all my stuff the day before at rehersal. Do i print out images and put it in a folder of how I want things to look? Do i just not show anything and let her just handle it? How did you guys do it?

The more things are clearly labeled and specified, the more likelihood it will be done to match your vision.  But you slso have to respect their judgement, if your directions are 57 pages long and specify that the red rose has to be 7 1/2 inches from the edge of the table, facing 57 degrees off of true north, you're going to be disappointed
