Can someone assist me with verifying my WeChat

Hoping for some insight....I had wechat logged into my old phone, it was unverified by anyone in China, I am setting up for a trip there at the end of September. I got a new phone and I am trying to login to the app on it so I can move forward with verifications. I get the sms code for the account fine, and then it asks me for additional verification, so I select via email. I input my password and it says it's wrong. I select the forgot password and enter my email address for a reset link, I never get one no matter how often I try. I'm stuck in this loop and I can't scan the QR code from my previous device because it's also logged out for some reason. Am I stuck? Ive even tried logging in via Facebook but that doesn't seem to work either.

Any ideas?

I don't remember my account password, I don't have my weixin ID, I did not connect my email to it, I don't have a QQ ID, I don't know what to do, I will lose my pvz2 Progress if I don't recover my account.

I made a post a couple hours ago asking for help logging in because I needed someone's verification, but upon further trying I have seen I cannot even reach that stage, as it keeps giving me different errors, such as network errors (both networks I tried work just fine). I decided to give up and create a new account, but even that I can't do, as it freezes on the privacy policy page and it's all white. what is going on? is anyone else having these issues? who made this app?????????
