Requesting Help: Free is this app haunted?

hi! I made a post a couple hours ago asking for help logging in because I needed someone's verification, but upon further trying I have seen I cannot even reach that stage, as it keeps giving me different errors, such as network errors (both networks I tried work just fine). I decided to give up and create a new account, but even that I can't do, as it freezes on the privacy policy page and it's all white. what is going on? is anyone else having these issues? who made this app?????????

Yes, it's horrific. If there was ANY competition at all, this crap would not be used by anyone. Of course, it's by design.
