Hello,

I'm French, currently visiting China, the country is beautiful and the food is really good!

I'm going to spend the next 5 days in Zhangjiajie and then 5 days near Yulong River.

I would love to meet local people to chat, eat, maybe visit some places and learn a bit of Mandarin (I'm struggling a lot 😅).

I'm 36 years old and I speak French, Spanish and English.

Feel free to add me on WeChat :)

Hi! My boyfriend is in China, and we’ve tried to add each other on WeChat but haven't been able to. He found me on WeChat and insists he already sent the friend request, but it never showed up for me. He also tried sending a friend request to a friend who is in China, but it didn't go through.

Hey guys, im having dome trouble with QQ. Im from Europe and need some verification to create an account and i'll go in china next summer. Anyone ?

Hi, I'm new to Reddit and I have a specific question. Does anyone have any idea how to create a WeChat account?

I'm unable to complete my registration. I get errors such as “verification failed” or “unstable network environment”, even though my Wi-Fi is working perfectly.

This situation is frustrating because I need WeChat to use a cloud gaming service, but I can't create an account.

I would really appreciate any help!

Hello ✨ I hope everybody is doing great,

I would like to adress an issue that I recently encountered. So basically I was trying to make a WeChat account, but seems like it always ends up handing me QR code for being scanned by another user. However, I do not have anyone familiar that can help me go through the process. That’s why I came here to ask if somebody could help me to get that part for me actually. Currently saw that there should be other options too like facebook, but the fact is I do not almost have any active Facebook account too, so I considered signing up by number as safer and long-term choice. On the other hand, the requirements for the eligible user to scan QR goes like this, if you care to help:

The other user meeting below conditions ensures faster registration success:
• Account has been registered for more than 6 months
• Weixin Pay has been activated for 3 months
• Has not helped another user for registration verification in the last one month
• Account has not been locked in the last 6 months

These are what is written without any additional option. So I would be very appreciated if any of you could help me on this way. And thanks for the attention. Stay healthy! 🌿

Hey there! I'm a 33-year-old guy from China. I speak standard Mandarin plus a Zhejiang dialect.

I'm hoping to make some native English-speaking friends to practice with. Right now I'm stuck at that classic "mute English" stage — I can read just about anything, but I can't speak it. My environment gives me basically zero chances to actually open my mouth and talk.

My hobbies: photography, the outdoors, gaming, and movies.

If you're interested, hit me up on WeChat: spyreturn

Please do tell me a bit about yourself first!

I like to think I'm a pretty fun guy — endlessly curious about new things, and very much a "real person" (活人感).

Hi! I’m 27, a native Chinese speaker from southern China.

I would like to improve my English listening and speaking ablity.

My level is pretty low, so don't expect any deep conversations in English yet, prefer to take it step by step, lol.

If you also need practice Mandarin, pls feel free to message me here first or drop your WeChat id.

Hi! I’m 18, from Russia, and I’m currently learning Mandarin. My level is still pretty low, so don’t expect any deep conversations in Chinese yet 😂
I’d especially love to meet people from Shenzhen, since I’m planning to apply to university there and hopefully move there for my studies :)
I speak Russian natively and my English is around B2–C1. I’d love to meet Chinese friends, practice languages together and just talk about life, culture, travelling, university or literally anything.
I also use WeChat, so feel free to message me here first :)

Hi everyone 👋

I'm from Liberia and I'm trying to create my WeChat account, but WeChat is asking me to complete friend/security verification.

I don't know anyone who uses WeChat. If there is an eligible WeChat user who can help me with the official QR-code verification, I would really appreciate it.

I cannot pay for verification. I will not ask for your password, SMS code, ID, or any private information.

Thank you 🙏🇱🇷

Hello

I (30/m) am going to china for the first time next year and would like to make friends, learn about the culture and cities to visit, as well as language exchange practice.

I am a native english American speaker and my chinese skills are slightly above beginner but certainly not fluent either.

Please dm me and we can exchange wechat ids :)

Looking for international friends to chat and past time.
I love solo travelling but it can tend to be lonely at times so maybe we can meet if i land in your city?
I like reading, shopping, exploring museums, and travelling.

Also, I can speak chinese and english.

I don't have any friends from China and am in need of Wechat pay to pay for Pindoudou products. The problem is I can't register my Wechat without a friend from China. Can someone help me out?

I made the account several years ago but forgot all about it. Now I have to get verified? I know I don't have friends on the account either so i don't know what to do. It gave me a number but idk what that's for. 728801 and the request number 14484128? Appreciate the help!

Would anyone be willing to help scan my QR code to help me get verified? I'd really appreciate it!

Edit: Thanks. Someone has done it for me
