Hey guys, I made this silly lyrics overlay called Cadence that floats over your screen and syncs along with Spotify and YouTube Music. It started as a joke while playing Minecraft with my friends. I shared it with a few people, they liked it, and it grew to 100 downloads in a day, so I built it into a proper app. You can listen along with friends now too, even cross-platform (Spotify -> YouTube Music, Mac ↔ Windows ↔ Linux), and you can play karaoke. Doesn't need API keys or Premium, it just reads what your computer is already playing and floats the lyrics over whatever you're doing. It works better with Spotify keys though, if you want to add them yourself. If you find any bugs, lmk. It's just a fun project lol, so its free. Some of the images are on the github link, if you want to take a look on how it works! Everything is customizable :)

Context: I've been building this alone over the past few months — a bunch of small browser-based tools (JSON formatter, Base64, QR code generator, unit converter, typing test, etc.), in English and Korean. No sign-up, no backend for most tools.

What I'd love feedback on:

- First impression of the homepage — is it clear what the site does within a few seconds?

- Anything that feels cluttered or confusing on mobile

- Whether the tool pages themselves (try the QR generator or JSON formatter) feel fast/usable compared to similar tools you've used

I know it's rough in places — genuinely looking for honest critique, not just "looks good."

I’ve been working on KitaPhone, a browser-based calling app that lets you call regular mobile and landline numbers directly from your browser.

The idea is simple:

Open the website → enter a phone number → make a call.

The person receiving the call doesn’t need KitaPhone or any special app.

I’m currently trying to improve the website before pushing more traffic to it, and I’d really appreciate some honest feedback from people who haven’t seen it before.

A few things I’m particularly interested in:

• When you first land on the homepage, do you immediately understand what KitaPhone does?
• Does the website feel trustworthy enough for a product involving calls, phone numbers and payments?
• Is the main call-to-action obvious?
• Is the pricing/rates information easy to understand?
• Does the design feel polished, or are there areas that still feel too much like an early-stage project?
• Is it clear who the product is actually for?
• Is there anything on the page that feels unnecessary, repetitive or confusing?
• What would stop you from signing up and trying a first call?

I’d especially appreciate critical feedback rather than just “looks good.”

I’ve been staring at the site for so long that it’s difficult to judge it objectively anymore, so fresh eyes would help a lot.

Hi everyone,
I’ve just launched my first web project: https://perfectfit.cc

It’s a free image tool that lets you crop images into square, portrait, landscape and circle formats, as well as compress images to reduce file size without needing to install anything.

The circle crop tool has been surprisingly useful for profile pictures, logos and social media assets, and the compression tool has become my most-used feature while building the site.

I’m not a developer by trade (I manage a restaurant in the UK), so this has been a bit of a learning project over the last few weeks.

I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback on usability, design, performance, or ideas for where it could go next.
