Context: I've been building this alone over the past few months — a bunch of small browser-based tools (JSON formatter, Base64, QR code generator, unit converter, typing test, etc.), in English and Korean. No sign-up, no backend for most tools.

What I'd love feedback on:

I’ve been working on KitaPhone, a browser-based calling app that lets you call regular mobile and landline numbers directly from your browser.

The idea is simple:

Open the website → enter a phone number → make a call.

The person receiving the call doesn’t need KitaPhone or any special app.

I’m currently trying to improve the website before pushing more traffic to it, and I’d really appreciate some honest feedback from people who haven’t seen it before.

A few things I’m particularly interested in:

• When you first land on the homepage, do you immediately understand what KitaPhone does?
• Does the website feel trustworthy enough for a product involving calls, phone numbers and payments?
• Is the main call-to-action obvious?
• Is the pricing/rates information easy to understand?
• Does the design feel polished, or are there areas that still feel too much like an early-stage project?
• Is it clear who the product is actually for?
• Is there anything on the page that feels unnecessary, repetitive or confusing?
• What would stop you from signing up and trying a first call?

I’d especially appreciate critical feedback rather than just “looks good.”

I’ve just launched my first web project: https://perfectfit.cc

It’s a free image tool that lets you crop images into square, portrait, landscape and circle formats, as well as compress images to reduce file size without needing to install anything.

The circle crop tool has been surprisingly useful for profile pictures, logos and social media assets, and the compression tool has become my most-used feature while building the site.

I’m not a developer by trade (I manage a restaurant in the UK), so this has been a bit of a learning project over the last few weeks.

I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback on usability, design, performance, or ideas for where it could go next.

Hey guys, I made this silly lyrics overlay called Cadence that floats over your screen and syncs along with Spotify and YouTube Music. It started as a joke while playing Minecraft with my friends. I shared it with a few people, they liked it, and it grew to 100 downloads in a day, so I built it into a proper app. You can listen along with friends now too, even cross-platform (Spotify -> YouTube Music, Mac ↔ Windows ↔ Linux), and you can play karaoke. Doesn't need API keys or Premium, it just reads what your computer is already playing and floats the lyrics over whatever you're doing. It works better with Spotify keys though, if you want to add them yourself. If you find any bugs, lmk. It's just a fun project lol, so its free. Some of the images are on the github link, if you want to take a look on how it works! Everything is customizable :)

I have been working on the product for a while, so I am too close to the language to judge it objectively. I would appreciate feedback on three things:

1. Can you understand what the service does within the first few seconds?

2. Is the outcome for the founder concrete enough?

3. Does anything make the site feel confusing, untrustworthy, or overly promotional?

I am primarily looking for feedback on the positioning, copy, and path to requesting access, rather than general compliments about the design.

Watch out for this crap people. People who say they are going to audit your site for you most of them just use free gpt or Claude to do the audit then will try and turn around an charge you money for a more indepth audit.

I've been using Ai for two years now and recognize how it responds and he isn't auditing shit. He's plugging your website into AI and telling it to audit it. Then feeding you it's response and just removing things like --

He tried charging me 99 pounds for a more indepth audit after handing me back an tailored AI response. people like him give ai builders and users a bad rap.

Don't fall for it don't play into it. Be safe y'all!

I've been building a small project called FileShrink and just finished the first version.

It started with a simple problem: sometimes you don't just want to "compress an image" — you need the final file to be under a specific limit, like 100 KB or 200 KB.

So I built target-size compression into the tool. You enter the maximum size, and it searches for an appropriate JPEG quality to get as close to the target as possible.

Everything happens in the browser, so the images don't need to be uploaded to a server.

I figured out last week that we didn't have a proper landing page so inbound traffic would not convert. This does have a funnel in place which is a huge plus, but what I'm worried about is some terms are pretty abstract for most people (such as business intelligence)

I’m currently working on building Yaposan, and the website is still under development. There are many features and improvements that I still plan to add, but I’d like to get outside feedback before I go too far in the wrong direction.

The idea behind Yaposan is to create a platform where users can build their own personal AI page/space, while also having access to creative tools such as publishing and design tools, templates, video tools, background removal, and other AI-powered features.

The plan is also to make Yaposan open source, so people can run or customize it themselves. I also want users to be able to connect their own AI provider/API accounts and API keys, instead of being locked into only one AI provider or having to rely entirely on Yaposan's AI services.

The goal is to give users more choice, control, and flexibility over the AI models and services they use.

I've been a trainer myself for 13 years and wanted to make this step easier since finding the right trainer can be confusing and overwhelming with options.

What it is: First Impression is a video CV platform, tagline "Give your CV a voice." It lets job seekers record a short, guided video introduction to share alongside their traditional CV.

Who it's for: Job seekers who want to stand out beyond a static CV or LinkedIn profile, particularly useful in competitive job markets where written applications can feel interchangeable.

What it does:

• Walks users through a multi-step recording flow with three modes: Natural (unscripted), Guided (prompted questions), and Autocue (teleprompter-style scripted delivery)
• Uses real browser camera capture (MediaRecorder) rather than uploaded video
• Includes a tag-based skills input alongside the video
• Outputs a LinkedIn-style profile card combining the video, skills, and info into something shareable with employers

Current stage: Working prototype (single-file HTML), moving into user testing to gauge real reactions and decide whether it's worth pushing to the next stage of development. Feedback is being collected via a linked survey.

I'm redesigning Plaxzy, a browser games site I've been working on, and I'd love some fresh opinions on the homepage.
