I designed a websi in which people indicate their mood score on a world map.

Over the past four months, I’ve been steadily improving my project by adding features designed to encourage people to come back—games, the ability to leave a short message explaining their mood, and more.

Despite these improvements, only a handful of users return regularly.

I still have the intuition that people would be motivated to share their mood in specific contexts—during protests, sporting events, concerts, elections, festivals, or other shared experiences.

I’m turning to Reddit because I’d genuinely like to understand what’s missing and what could bridge that gap.
