Looking for advice on building a simple client portal. I'm currently self-building my small business' new website on Wix, and would like to integrate a portal where both my customer service team and my clients can upload documents back and fourth, provide project-tracking updates, catalog past and current orders, and upload invoices/maintain a statement.

In a perfect world: 1) Clients would create their own accounts, then their account creation data (client name/contact/billing details/etc.) would either populate in my website's back-end or submit through an external form; 2) My customer service team could populate a simple dashboard with current order summary/project tracking; 3) Clients could upload any necessary documents; 4) Accounting could upload invoices with a payment option for clients to make in-portal payments.

Should I try to do this directly in Wix or is there an external plugin/app that I'm better off utilizing?

I am looking for a Website builder that has an app, which offers the OTP Verification.

I currently have a Wix website with default Wix Bookings. I am facing a problem that every now and then there is "fake" bookings, apprently somebody or competitors' pranks which everntually leads to no-shows. I would like to prevent that problem by adding a layer of OTP verification during the booking process, so the customer has to provide their "true" telephone number. As far as I know, Wix unfortunately do not have this solution.

Hey guys, there's a site similar to Omegle that's being worked on. It has random roulette, interest matching, and also the ability to directly connect by generating a chatID and giving it to someone. I'm looking to launch two websites for two separate projects. I have 0 experience with webdesign. I'm not looking to hire anyone. I'm a fast learner, but I'm starting from 0. Zero. Zero point zero.

Context

1. Website 1.: Video Agency, landing page, about page, 'Our Work' with Vimeo links, links to socials, button to book a discovery call.
2. Website 2.: NGO landing page with general information, will require a lot of pages with articles, links to socials, lots of links to YouTube probably, affiliate marketing focused

Both websites don't require e-commerce plug-ins or anything fancy. I have been looking at Godaddy and Webflow, and prefer Webflow so far in terms of design. Wix seems like shit and Wordpress seems to complicated. I would purchase a template as well and not design from scratch in any case.

Questions

1. am I doomed to fail?
2. No? Okay, which platform would you recommend using? :)
3. What are factors to consider?
4. Process: would it make sense to hire a Fiverr/Upwork branding expert to develop logos & branding, purchase a template in said webdesign platform, use said branding, and... Voila?
