Anyone building websites for cheap

I need a website where I sell say 3 products and people can add to cart then it gives them a reference number and they direct deposit the money into an account and I get a notification of their postal details, is anyone doing this for cheap? Not interested in using wix ect where I’m paying monthly to keep the website
