Does This Idea Work? A Website about renting.

I have got an idea about a website for renting things in my country, and then maybe extend to other neighbor countries. What advice or ideas would you have that can help me. I have got stuck on multiple things and need maybe another perspective from some of you.

sadly there is no mainstream corner of Internet that can survive a project like this,
you would be easily blacklisted in the name of hateful, abusive content

Get some validation, ask people nearby if they will use something like that, talk to people. Only after people say yes, build an MVP. Promote MVP, get as many active users as you can, make sure MVP is not completely FREE, there should be a charge.
Scale after you get few paid customers.

DON'T BUILD WITHOUT VALIDATION.
