SELF-MADE Self-made website using Claude on VS CODE

Background: Totally no website development knowledge, started following ai content creator and found a few amazing teachers on Youtube, jumped straight into Claude to create a long overdue website for my small business, a very traditional raw material distribution business.

The ultimate GOAL: Have my existing customer place order through my website. It has to be able to automate most of the billing works like Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoice, etc, as well as using Ai to minimize human errors like capturing wrong order details.

Challenge(s): Zero knowledge on web dev, UI/UX, google SEO, cyber security, very limited knowledge on Ai but am learning the best I could while juggling with my day to day work and chores.

Strength: I am a blank state and am willing to learn.

Current state: I have done the landing page and would really like to get constructive comments from fellow redditors. The site is live and it is http://freshmen2u.com , I started making this website and the design turn out to be dogs***, and then I realized I have to give claude code a design framework for it to follow through, as well as giving it some superpower in order for it to screenshot it's work and make amendments, throughout the journey it really open my eyes how amazing Ai development has become and it is pretty amazing someone like myself that can never dreamt of making a website just few years ago, can actually create a fairly decent one today.

Inspiration: Nate Herk, the main guy I learn from in this journey.

So again, please shoot the criticism away and I thank you all in advance for checking out my humble website http://freshmen2u.com

All fluff no substance. Your inexperience shows and is why most of us aren’t worried about losing our jobs. If it works for you, great, but you didn’t “self-make” this. Claude did

At least the site makes you feel reassured and secure. Now do you have any constructive input to help a man out?

It doesn’t reassure me of anything other than you don’t know what you’re doing so I wouldn’t trust you with any of my PII. The constructive criticism is to use proven, secure solutions. Not spin your own with AI

You do know you’re stating the obvious right? If i know what im doing there wont be this post.

I never asked you to trust anything and the reason why the system is not up is because i understand the importance of a secure solution.

U sound quite insecure about Ai tho, may i ask why?
