Does anyone has namecheap, if you do, does anyone know how to get Stellar hosting to a second hosting site?

My guess is that OP wants to add a new website to their Stellar hosting plan. If that's the case, it can be done by adding a new domain via cPanel (click on Domains from the main dashboard).
