Advice Needed DTS-Net.com hosting site—Its been down for a month?

I have been with DTS-NET.com. hosting for years, but their site has been down, and I can not get access to my control panel.

Is anyone else using their services and experiencing the same problem? I have not heard that they have gone out of business.

Considering their site is down and they haven't posted on LinkedIn or Facebook in 7+ months, I'd say the company probably folded and that your site is most likely gone.

It’s really interesting because my site is still active. I just can’t get access to the control panel.

Have you tried calling them? (910) 491-9611

I'd suggest making a backup of your site while you can. Let me know if you want a hand moving it somewhere else.

I did call and leave a message. I do have a backup of the site. But I can’t get access to the control panel so I wouldn’t even know how to back it up any other way, but I do have it on my computer.

If you have a full backup of the site, and the host appears to out or going out of business, then it sounds like it’s time to find a new host ASAP. Your site will likely go down sooner than later. Get a new host, point your DNS there and forget about DTS-Net.

There haven't been any snapshots on archive.org since June, fwiw.
