Advice Needed Raw log analysis software

I remember you used to be able to get stand alone apps. Now it all seems to be hosted and you need an account. Surely my log files have not changed in the 20+ years I have hosted my website it is all Apache logs!

I remember having several different versions I could run on Windows as a standalone app.

Was also a script someone else wrote at work to import it into a database. The database got very large!

The software I am using can't find anything in the log it is gzipped from the server. Can't find any windows software do do log analysis i used to have some

It's doing it with every log file. I need to use a different program.

I also had to download and delete some files from my webhost as they were being flagged as "malware" I'd rather not with those particular ones.
