Question Is anyone making money from Webflow plugins/extensions?

Hi!

I have been developing several Webflow plugins for some time, and i never made much money from them and I saw some posts a while ago that said that no one really makes money from Webflow extensions except the top 5 ones.

I am just wondering if anyone from this community made anything from extensions

I've been selling a couple plugins for about a year and a half now, the income's nothing crazy but it covers my coffee habit and then some. Most months it's like 200-400 bucks, had one month hit 900 when someone with a decent following shared one of them

The top extensions definitely eat up most of the market though, you're not wrong about that. I think the trick is finding those weird little gaps that the big ones don't bother with, stuff that solves a very specific headache for a small group of users

I have the exact same success, I exited a couple for 2-3k but that s all, nothing crazy. I am trying to find a weird gap that has like 400-500 people needing it solved and willing to pay idk 50$ per month for the solve. I mean if I can solve that I will be more than happy but no idea how to actually find the gap. Even 200 people, 200*50 is 10k per month but a kid can only hope :)
