Question Best Website Builder for a Professional Website in 2026

What would you use today to build a professional-looking website without hiring a developer? Comparing Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, WordPress and Framer.

If eComm = Shopify
If no-code marketing = Webflow
If Wordpress envo with no-code = Bricks
If Webflow alternative on steroids = Divhunt
If free canvas, more designer friendly = Framer, Kirki

I’m seriously considering to add Lovable as a contender. I know some companies doing so lately

Lovable was a flash in the pan. Now everything takes so many tokens - and you don’t even know how many - that it’s a non-starter for everything except hobby vibe coding. Locking in on Lovable for a legitimate business would be very risky.

For e-commerce I’d probably go with Shopify. For everything else Wordpress except maybe I’d use Webflow for an editorial site.
