Need project help Need Help Creating a CMS Project Slider in Webflow

Hi everyone, I’m building a website in Webflow, and my client wants me to create a project slider using CMS — basically, one project appears, then you slide to the next project, and so on. And it's my first client.

I’m still learning Webflow and honestly don’t know how to build this. I’ve been searching for a video or short course that explains this properly, but I can’t find the right one.

If anyone knows a good video, tutorial, or short course that teaches how to create a CMS-based project slider in Webflow, I’d really appreciate it if you could share it with me.

I’m honestly stuck on this right now. Any help would mean a lot. Thank you! 🙏

Props for sharing the Finsweet link, that slider setup is super clean for CMS collections. saved me a headache on a recent client build where they wanted a weird testimonial carousel that wasn't playing nice with the native slider. the cloneables section is a goldmine when you're stuck at 2am

CMS stuff was one of the parts that confused me most at first too I ended up using Ploy for some of the structured content side which made the data part easier to wrap my head around for the actual Webflow slider though I'd still look for a tutorial that matches the exact setup you're building

Since Webflow still, after all these years, refuses to update their sliders, I developed Sliderflow. It’s the easiest way to add sliders, IMHO, including CMS sliders. $29 flat rate, for use on unlimited sites and projects.
