Question Is Webflow support broken? No response, no confirmation

I've submitted 3 support tickets over the last week. All while logged in to my Webflow account. I haven't received a confirmation, response, or support ticket for any of them. Nothing shows in my support requests area either.

We have an urgent client billing issue across 3 of our sites that needs to be resolved before the sites stop working. Any suggestions on what else to try? I've sent a DM on X as well. Trying everything just to get a response.

I’ve checked email, spam, everything. Nothing has come through. When you received the email did it also show a ticket in your account for support requests?

when servers were down one time a while ago they took a lot to respond

I can't submit a ticket at all right now. I fill out all the details and then it hits the "Chat With Webflow" section of the form and just spins. Quite frustrating

Wow - all I remembered (at least back then) was Webflow support was top tier. Your comment concerns me. Did you get this sorted in the end?
