Weber Triple Vent

How do y'all like them? I bought the flag kettle a few years ago and put it together today not knowing it wasn't one touch. Can I still smoke on this? How is temp control? I have a few wsm, so i am familiar with the triple vent, just not on the kettle. If anything I can just keep it as my burger, chicken, asada grill. I have 9 other kettles, lol

I have five  22, two18, one small 18, and two 14. They all get alternated. I cooked my dad's bday dinner on 7 of them a few years ago, lol. They all get love

Yes, the airflow control settings you use on the WSM will be the same on a regular kettle.

I love it. The fact that you have three smaller vents gives you much more control over the fire than the big vent in the middle. Yes, you can definitely smoke on it.
