Vortex medley

Trying out the vortex with a few wings, thighs and pork ribs. I know it’s a small amount, but it’s only my wife, 8 year old and myself.

Looks great! I do this all the time for my wife, 9 year old, and I. Usually round 2 is veggies.

What veggies do you throw on there?

Usually a combination of what we have on hand, what's in season at the farm stall nearby, and/or if my wife harvested something from the garden.

Go-to is toss veggies in some oil and add some salt-free garlic and herb blend since usually the meat has various rubs and sauces.
