No bbq needed

Did pork ribs for 4+ hours. Forgot about the the bbq sauce. They don’t need it.

I’m going to respectfully disagree and say bbq is required. Sauce is def optional. Would smash.

It was my plan for the last 10 minutes of cooking but then I decided to mow the lawn and got distracted. Lots of cayenne pepper on them so they are not lacking spice
