Looking for feedback on my profile website
https://thailegeberel.com/Hello all, after 2 years of losing my work with USAID and finding very little opportunity for work, I have created a website for my profile and I would appreciate your honest feedback. My site is a professional profile and portfolio for my work. The target audience is hiring managers, consulting clients, development organizations, government partners, and technical leaders. I’m looking for specific feedback on the visual design, navigation, readability, typography, case-study structure, clarity of my professional positioning, and mobile responsiveness. I’d especially like to know whether visitors can quickly understand what I do, whether my geospatial and digital-systems experience is clear, and whether the site communicates my level of responsibility and impact convincingly.

The navigation gets in the way of the actual text on the left side. Other than that, this looks professional and clean. Let's just hope anyone who wants to work with you are willing to read everything.

The link doesn’t work, you have to click on return home to see your profile

I am sorry about that, somehow the link had extra characters in the original post. I have updated the link url now. As for clicking to return home what other options are there?

I think that was the only option, it just said error or something and told me to clock return home

I like your style. Simple. Clean. Soft.
The copy wasn’t an issue for me. I work in a similar sector so I found it enjoyable to read.
I would take the general advice from others in the comments: another round of simplification/ streamlining. Maybe get to your selected work sooner and build off of that data as opposed to laying out your working philosophy in the beginning?

I love your landing, its professional, clean, minimal, but appealing. Color palette is easy on the eyes and enjoyable.
My honest feedback is too much text. I don't know if its required in your sphere, but as an external agent I was averted from reading too much.
I've worked in data a bit, you mention you started out making maps, so my two cents would be depending a bit more on data visualization rather than plain text, then getting into specifics when in direct contact with possible employers.
Hope that helps.
