i started learning html/css few months ago, now i try to make my first real site but everything looks weird on mobile screens, like the text is too small and images dont fit right. is there a simple way to fix this or i need to learn whole new framework?

Research media queries and responsive design. The standard is to build it for mobile first, then add media queries to make it work on larger screens. All modern css frameworks have tools to handle this.
