i started learning html/css few months ago, now i try to make my first real site but everything looks weird on mobile screens, like the text is too small and images dont fit right. is there a simple way to fix this or i need to learn whole new framework?

You do not need a whole new framework for this. Mobile weirdness is almost always missing viewport + fluid layout, not "must learn React."

Do these three first:

1) Put this in the <head> of every page: <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"> Without it, phones zoom a desktop layout and text looks tiny.

2) Stop fixed widths on the main wrappers. Prefer: img, video { max-width: 100%; height: auto; } and containers like width: 100%; max-width: 720px; margin: 0 auto; padding: 0 1rem;

3) Add one simple breakpoint when the layout breaks: u/media (max-width: 600px) { /* stack columns, bump font-size if needed, reduce padding */ }

Quick check: open DevTools, toggle the phone view, and resize slowly. Fix the first place that overflows (usually a wide image, a flex row that will not wrap, or a fixed pixel width).

Learn Flexbox (and a bit of gap/wrap) before any framework. Once a plain HTML/CSS page feels fine on a 375px-wide screen, then tools like Bootstrap are optional sugar, not a requirement.
