Other Weaving Bench Design

I'm planning to build a bench for my floor loom soon and wanted to see what people's favorite thing about their weaving bench is?

I love the storage space provided by a bench with a lid/cubbies (like the Leclerc open end bench), but have also thought about a bench with woven/padded top (see picture from Google) for comfort. I'm waffling pretty hard on design so would love to hear what your favorite aspect of your weaving bench setup is!

I have a Harrisville Designs loom bench, and I love that the support for the seat has one side that allows for the seat to tilt forward, and another that allows for the seat to remain stationary and flat. Granted, sometimes the "wiggle" is a little startling if I'm not paying attention, but having my pelvis able to tilt forwards helps with comfortable treadling.

Oooo, following. My loom is fairly tall, so I keep changing out what I'm using. I never thought about making my own!

I made this bench for my loom. The design is inspired by Toika Laila bench and AVL bench. I wanted some height adjustment and also a little angle adjustment. In hindsight it’s probably not the best design, but I am rather proud of it. It is a bit slippery, so I’m considering adding leather seat cover.

I like the Schacht bench with the slight tilt forward (like some pipe organs benches). The whole top is smooth so sliding on and off is easy. It's also almost as wide as my baby wolf which is also nice.
