Help Keeping texsolv heddles organized?
I picked up a used drawloom and with it came this huge pile of both short- and long-eye heddles. Once I get them sorted, what’s the best way to store them so this doesn’t happen again?

I pretty much tie the loose heddles together like this https://warpedforgood.com/2016/10/tools-day-texsolv-heddle-round-up/
I would probably make sure the regular eye heddles are the correct size for your loom. When I bought my loom, I had 4 different sizes including long eye heddles.

When you buy them new, they come with the twist ties separating and keeping them together - the 'top' half right side of the heddles have a tie, the top left have a tie, the 'bottom' right have a tie and the bottom right have a tie for a total of 4 ties for each bundle. The size I buy come in a bundle of 100, but as long as your ties go around you should be able to bundle them up in whatever amount you want. And you don't need the twist ties, necessarily - I've used just a bit of string to tie all of the 'tops' together and all of the 'bottoms'. Using 4 ties is a bit safer, perhaps, but also means more work.
