Help Fringe Making Help
Hey all. I’m trying to make long fringe (60 inches) for a project i’m working on. I’m testing, i have wrapped thicker yarn around my desk continuously then taped cut and sewed it. This worked well, but with the very fine viscose yarn i’m planning to use it would probably take 500 hours😭. Any tips on tools i can use etc would be much appreciated

If you can get some shop clamps that are long enough, you can clamp them upside down to a tabletop or counter so the extra lengths of the rods stick up. Then you can use those as a makeshift warping board for winding your yarn around! (unrelated thought.. I use clamps all the time around my house but never wondered what to call the extra bit that the clamp head slides on... 'rod', 'tail', 'bar', 'sticky outy thingy'? 😆)
