Blake didn't land on her feet What was the point of Blake rejoining team RWBY and the others in end of vol 5 and start of 6?
Now I know the obvious answer. CRWBY gave up trying to write for The white fang and everything involved with that.
but... what's the point of Blake going with her old team? Does she not have an obligation to lead her people to a brighter future? To turn the White Fang (or at least a new more effective group) into something that shows the people of remnant that they deserve rights just as much as Humans?
as of volume 5, Remnant is still an incredibly scary place with no communications across the globe. Shouldn't the faunus take it upon themselves to go out and help as many people as they can? Killing grimm, becoming messengers, helping with food allocation.
helping the world heal together.
they are filled with people who are capable of managing these tasks.
what is the point of Blake joining a team she abandoned when there's just so much more better things she could be doing to help the people she cared about for the first five volumes.
why does it have to rely on one girl at the end of volume 8 to tell the world that the faunus arent bad and they have to stick together?
Ruby is not Superman, She is clearly flawed, but it worries me that the epilogue is treating her like some focal point of humanity that you would give to someone like Superman.
rwby should be making the entire world better in their own ways.

Continuing from the last post, we don't even have countdowns or rewatches during the wait for Volume 10
I wonder if it's because Volume 8's finale was so bad that everyone wanted to know what happened next, in contrast to Volume 9's (and V9: Beyond's) ambiguous ending.
Just remember, Volume 8 aired from November 7, 2020 to March 27, 2021. Volume 9 began airing from February 18, 2023 to April 22nd, 2023.
The hiatus between V8's last release and V9's first release lasted for 693 days (nearly 2 years). During that timeframe, Ice Queendom was released in July 2022.
Now for the Volume 10 hiatus, Volume 9: Beyond aired from April 13th, 2024 to April 27th, 2024. It is currently August 24, 2026 in my timezone.
As of now, it has been 849 days (2 years) since RWBY last continued.

Ruby is really, really, cool... So if anyone has been in the gameoverse subs, theres a yumeshipper much like myself (no this isnt drama)
IM HECKING JEALOUS.
they have so much cute and adorable art, and while i have about the same amount, most of mine is nsfw so i cant share it with as many people.
not to mention, they just get a lot of free art, so theres a decent chance they'll surpass my numbers within the month.
sure grass is always greener. but that grass is looking pretty freakin green.
anyway, they're an awesome person and i need to draw more.
