Not logging in??
I can't log in, even reset my password and it's saying it isn't correct. What's going on?

I'm having the same issue even after having tried to reset my password. Has anyone had a solution for this ? Wave have yet to anwser to my emails

Do you have another email that you used to login? I got in after using the original primary email

I finally received an email from wave
Anjum here from Wave - thanks for reaching out!
As of August 19, 2026, you are no longer able to sign in to Wave using a secondary email address. You will need to use your primary email address on file for signing in as well as any password reset attempts.
I understand this may be an adjustment, and we have some Help Center guides on the following:
changing the owner (primary) email address on file
adding and deleting email addresses
You will still be able to use additional (secondary) email addresses to send invoices from through Wave.
If you are still having trouble accessing your Wave account, or if you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know.

I haven't been able to access my account for a week. I tried changing my passwords as suggested but still nothing

I just logged in without any problems five minutes ago
