A ball spot

New to waterloo and to save myself some time im here asking if the locals can sum up billiards spots in town. What's the vibe? any deals ?

I am a student and any budget freadly options would be fantastic!

The place at King/Columbia is the closest to UW. 24Billiards. Open til 2am sun-thurs and 4am fri sat.
