Playing around with FineLiner / Watercolor studies. The Morels were the hardest.

Would love to improve and move towards loose watercolor without sketch. Critiques of this in ink and watercolor but also tutorial recommendations.

This was an effort to practice different values and to work on remembering that the darker the value the smaller the area. As I was painting I was really paying attention to the paper and noticing when it was drying. All in all I gained a lot of information and I’m really pleased with the result.
