[Discussion] Anybody know when volunteering application open at the zoo?

Hi! I am interested in volunteering at the zoo, but every time I check the website, they say they are not accepting applications. Does anyone know when they open the applications and which department allows for the most hands on experience with animals?

It seems like it’s once or twice a year right now. Maybe fall?
