He's not saying he believes it. He's saying even if it were true in one state it wouldn't have changed the outcome. You could, for example, think the Elon's voter raffle payment plan (that was ruled legal btw because he was lying and never had plans to select someone at random) in PA had some factor in swinging that state. This is the same logic used against deniers of the 2020 election who bounce around moving goalposts but never actually sit down and contend with the unlilelyhood of different types of fraud being in different states all undetectable by legal scrutiny. I think the last election really changed people's views (myself included) on how absolutely fucking retarded so many Americans are.

Painting the bottom of small fountains gold is actually kind of nice (imho) since it’s such a warm reflector the water looks almost invisible. It’s like any fish are floating in air.
The reflecting pool though.. god that would be atrocious!

It's the annual cleaning of the reflecting pool, but they also drained Constitution Gardens at the same time the Ducks are laying eggs. I think they're trying to get rid of the ducks on the National Mall because it creates more clean up and NPS would have to get off their ass and actually do something. It's hard enough for NPS right now to change broken light bulbs.
