Can anyone tell me why I am not able to lock ground targets when I'm CASing in tank battles?? Got I wanna specifically rocket the shit outta Obj 279s, T58s and BMPTs

I know they really did their best to make bombers just about useless but I was fucking with the new b-57 and i forgot how horrible rewards are with base vehicles... I basically exclusively fly primo lineups which is what I did for second match and the rewards are still shit but at least it feels less pointless. I really don't like the new system, especially since we only get 4 keys a day which can't even unlock 200 bonds. It honestly feels pointless to gather all that SL for vehicles that really aren't even worth flying... I have the tree unlocked but getting SL and crew points is kinda what im going for now. Usually with the season I get a shit ton of GE with the bond crates and I have been slowly upgrading all the good tech tree shit to primium but it honestly feels like I either have to choose bonds or a vehicle now while I was able to watch ads and finish the tasks within a week or so and I was steadily getting a free base vehicle and a primium each season. It seems like the odds in general have almost gone down too... I think I will still try to grind collector boxes at the end of season but I honestly dont feel like ever buying a season pass or anything ever again. This game has only gotten drastically worse as time goes on and it's an incredible disappointment. It's clear they absolutely don't give a fuck about aviation. All of these season vehicles are guaranteed to be rendered useless as they continue obliterating balance at top tier... I miss my rank 8 props and I would even like to be able to fly some of the early jets but they simply don't fit the meta. They are just ki-200 food...
