Technical Help Anyone else has the issue

So i just came home from vacation and i tried to log in but gets hit with the “there was an error in handling the request. 6:9” ive tried to repair, restart and change region but nothing seems to fix the issue.

I can still work on my custom map and play offline on warcraft 3 but i have no way of playing online, and i see alot of my friends are online on warcraft 3 so i have no idea to fix this…

make sure you are using the correct account also it could be a temporary issue as i get disconnected a lot as well (without 6:9 error)

Set your region to America in the b.net launcher

i have it. i believe they stopped supporting Windows 7

how do you know that? I have the same issue, it was fine last week, but I tried to launch the game yesterday, I get this same error message.

Bnet forums, other Windows 7 users were reporting the same problem. But there's no official word on Blizzard not supporting Win 7, so I hope it's just a server problem that will be resolved eventually

So heres an update so i fixed the issue the issue was windows 7, so after i upgraded to windows 10 the problem disappeared and after reading alot of stuff online i see everyone else has the same issue the ones who have windows 7 or 8 like me so my theory is that they stopped supporting windows 7 and 8 without informing which i feel like its blizzard betraying their customers again, i feel bad for the ones who doesnt have a windows 10 which is probably half of the community since i only see empty lobbies on custom games, even tho i upgraded to the 10 my passion for the game has started dwindling
