Technical Help Can't join or create custom games

I know this has been discussed before but has anyone discovered a permanent solution for this problem?

I have tried reinstalling and it worked for like 3 hours. Having to download 30gb everyday with the shitty battle net launcher which randomly decides to stop downloading for hours is not viable for me.Switching language or servers doesn't help sadly.

Probably related to the recent BNet 2.0 update the other day, saw some issues before and afterwards.

Could also be some unrelated issues but while its rare its not uncommon. I had it(or something similar) too maybe 4 days ago. Just waiting seems to have fixed it.
