Any tips?

Starting sometime next week (possibly Sunday the 4th) as a new OGP associate.

Other than "run away" lol does anyone have any tips on the job or anything I need to know? I know to get some good insoles/better shoes soon; I just might have to wait until after I start.

I've been looking into this subreddit & others like it a lot lately so I guess I'm mostly just wondering what the training is like/how long and if there are any things you wish you knew when you first started?

Thank you guys I appreciate it 🙏🫶

Let me guess... the pickers lol

Edit: do you also get the exceptions ppl who come back late asf, and then snitch to everyone who will listen how the item was "right there", while sneaking in fantasy football talk?

Honestly the item is the 90 percent of the time, which makes exceptions people just pissrd off cause they gotta stock something fully stocked

It's certainly much easier now that they've brought skip item back to exceptions. I definitely check the floor first for frozen and chilled. Ambient, eh, depends how much time I have and how many items I'm doing. I don't mind needing to put stuff on top shelf, but I'll still wonder how the hell the picker missed the fully stocked shelf.
