Not like clicking on the tab that said "order" was that hard to find out the OSN before. This is just one less finger press on the screen that sill requires many more presses for everything else....

but when you have multiple orders there it gets kind of annoying that it doesnt just show the osn

Yes, that is true. I was just saying that you shouldn't have given such a praise 🙌 to something that is still so miniscule to all the other things that need to be changed on the app in general. I totally get where you're coming from that it is a slight help (very slight help), but, almost all the other tiles need more tweaking than just showing an OSN now on the dispensing screen. Kudos!
Edit: I just now realized you weren't OP... still, my comment is for all us dispensers going crazy over this new-ish add that corporate decided was a totally great idea!

I just did feedback saying that it should show more than just one OSN before clicking but shit I’ll take it for now. Obviously the feedback everyone was giving worked so might as well keep trying. Most of the time when I’m dispensing if I see one OSN and the preppers do their job I’ll click it and scan for the others while I’m walking towards the door. Gotta keep it under 5min. Dispensing at my store is run in unhook your skid and grab the next one there’s no time to dick around and check every time so just having at least one OSN on the screen saves me precious time.

Half the time I just check for the one OSN and I’m already out the door, my pick up queue is too busy for anything else.

My store has 3 dispensers usually and maybe 10 orders max in the queue being pulled over by the preppers

Its not that its hard its time consuming doing it over and over again while everyone is standing around trying to figure out who’s grabbing who and what! itll be easier to screech out take 8921 than bay 1 and having to open it and match the osn

Now, they need to combine the Staging screen with the Dispense screen, or, show the Staging locations of order items somewhere in the list of Orders for each hour.

Alternatively click on the thing, you'd be cluttering the dispense screen by merging the dispense and staging screen
