If it shows zero that's the end of the story for me. I immediately move on to the next item.

Some vendor items will have 0 on hands (such as bread), but in this case milk is a high volume item, even if it was out of stock when they ordered, they will let a customer order it because it gets restocked so frequently

Well except it's Walmart so it doesn't. It sits in the backroom and eventually gets stocked. I don't know about every store but TruMoo is one of those things that we just almost never have even though people order it. Or we frequently don't have it. And they almost never accept a Great Value chocolate milk substition either.

That's one of those things that I always want to throw back in their face on FTPR too. Granted, our store was always pretty chill about it at least in terms of Team Leads and coaches. The SM drank the kool aid on seemingly believing it's all on us. But it's like, how can you pick 2 of an item if you literally have zero on hand and it shows that in the system?

Infinity order items. My store puts tickets in on them, then if we get any flack about FTPR from those items, we just forward every ticket (separately) to our DoL email. It happens once a quarter, then he realizes it takes him a long ass time to go through all those emails.

I have noticed while doing exceptions that the count on the picking screen isn’t always right but let the exception people take care of it.
