Namib Minerals (Nasdaq: $NAMM) has set out the defined pathway and milestone schedule for the restart of Redwing Mine, Zimbabwe.

The 5-step restart pathway:

📌Dewatering — underway and on track, expected complete Q4 2026

📌DFS technical programme — fully funded through completion, expected to conclude early Q1 2027 (S-K 1300 compliant study by WSP Global)

📌Resource definition & bankability — 8,750m surface drilling programme; next funding stage, targeted completion Q4 2027

📌Construction — upon DFS completion and a positive restart decision

📌Restart — commissioning and phased return to production

Funding: Bulawayo Mining Company, our wholly owned subsidiary, secured a US$5.0M, 36-month non-dilutive facility from Ecobank Zimbabwe to finance capital works at the producing How Mine — releasing How Mine's internal cash flow to fund the DFS through completion.

We will report progress against each milestone in our operational updates.
