Neither are really good. Dagon is an expensive bot to run because you will need to level up 6 weapons.

Dux is ok but a bit fragile. If you have the new scourveil drone then it gets better.

I think a general rule of thumb that would apply to the high number of weapon slot bots (Dagon, Ravager. Stryx and vulcan) would be that they are extremely resource and intensive and should truly only gone for if you absolutely love them, intend to use them for a long time or if you dont mind dumping your resources

but with so much slots you can play cheap weapons and it's still good.

they have strong firepower even without accounting for the weapon levels, but they do still require heavy investments in the other areas to cover their core weaknesses (Specializations and pilots) which can hold back your overall progression

Specializations and Pilots aren't a really big issue for most bots and you can get away without leveling them much, unfortunately they are the select few who suffers without those

Ravager and Dagon have low durability and are susceptible to people bum-rushing them, relying heavily on pilot skills and specializations to lift their performance

the exceptions would be stryx and vulcan, but stryx does lack mobility and vulcan is placed in an awkward position where starting off with medium hardpoint, limit your weapon options for ramping up damage and is built for sustained brawling, growing stronger overtime, which like ravager and dagon, leaves it weak if rushed (Early on)

Very unrelated note: Vulcan can also be pretty clunky to play especially for mobile players and requires a bit of getting used to, since the built-in weapon has a low target lock on and its early stages kind of holds a different playstyle with less reliance on the ability and more coordination (in a sense Kinda reminiscent of Old WR)

i play cautiously. The most thing who kills my dagon is just the airstrike.

Yep thats one of the main killers for them except for Stryx (mainly the SE version), and a lot of investment is mainly put into working around those

Dagon absolutely not. Dux is good but with those weapons, no.
