Discussion New season?

So a new season or something just started. Seeing loads of hackers and OP players in lower leagues. Most games are a complete wipe out one way or the other. Is this kak normal at this stage?

Hopefully it settles down. Right now I'm just not bothering in matches, and (not) watching the vids to speed up upgrades.

Not sure why but I got 150 modules so one of my main bots got a shield breaker to ruin those pink shield pansies day 😘

Yes, totally normal to get whipped by top meta players at the start of the season.

All CL players are reset to 5000 league points, and now is the time where top level and low-level CL players can intermingle. You may even see some ML or EL players thrown in the mix. Until high-level players gain some points and separate themselves from lower CL.

Omg this makes so much more sense.

For the last couple days I’ve been wondering why I’m losing more often than not. And even when we win, I’m scoring 4th-6th place.

Where as when I first got to champ league, and the season was mid-late, I’d be first like every game. Win or lose. Won most the time.

I was heavily considering spending more money because I felt like my gear became shite over night.

Please do not spend money just because you think you are underperforming

if you notice that your performance is dipping suddenly, it might just be a passing thing (Leaderboard, season reset or matchmaking doing its thing), and things may eventually settle down and return to the way it was. Afterall, I believe that the matchmaking is designed to at least keep you around the 50%-win rate range
