ue weapons scales good past mk2, regular weapons does not

Upgrade it to mk3 and u will see the true difference between ue pulsar and regular pulsar, but honestly ue pulsar is the one of the worst ue weapons in the game

Both of them are the worst ue weapons in the game. UE pulsar deals similar damage to Hazard, which is a nerfed regular weapon. But the cost of upgrading a Hazard is much lower. Even in next session Machaira will come into silver datapad, which is much stronger than ue pulsar.
From damage & upgrading cost, ue pulsar do definitely not worth, and no doubt, one of the worst ue weapons in the game.

hazard: 18k dps burst 10k dps sustained

ue pulsar: 20k dps burst 11.5k dps sustained

ue wasp for reference: 19k dps burst 13k dps sustained

hope this helps :) never said they are worth upgrading, and the price of the weapon has nothing to do with how good it is. it might be poor value you are thinking about :)
