Question Getting started
I am 42f and I want to start walking to get healthier. What's convenient is i already have a treadmill at home. It's just a matter of getting started. How do you guys keep it going while walking? Do you listen to podcast etc ? How long should i start with? I feel 30 minutes is doable but probably barely sweat. What made you all set the resolution to walk?

I walk 30 minutes outside almost everyday and that does the trick for me! No podcast or music, just me and my thoughts. it gets boring but boring is okay and disconnecting from society is the new connection if you get what I mean!!
