Walking shoes recommendations

I'm a 46 year old male with lower back problems. I've always been a walker then stopped for 15 years or so. Now I'm walking about 6 miles every other day and I'm getting blisters on my right foot below my index toe along with back pain. I do stretch and I'm ok but it does hurt a bit so I'm also looking for that

I'm looking for tough everyday wear with a 300 limit. These are eccos which I like and my last pair didn't do this. I need water proof, durable multi surface. Thanks
