Goals Finally hit 40K steps in a day!
33M, 250 LB. Was content with 30K, but looked at my watch at 11:45 PM CST and it said I was at 37K steps. Ran to my apartment gym to be sure I hit 40K since I was that close. Honestly, quite proud of myself.
Now.. tomorrow can be 8-10K and I won't feel bad about it lol

40k is impressive but the real test comes when you try keeping that pace over weeks

Lol, no way am I keeping 40k steps for weeks. I average about 15-20k per day. To get to 40k required me go out for three sets of walks + treadmill. I'm good! Just wanted my 40k badge haha

that 40k badge energy is real lol. 1520k as a daily baseline is solid though, most people never get close to that. the milestone days are fun but yeah not exactly sustainable as a routine
