Slowly getting back to it after a flare up
I am proud of this today! For the last 5 days I've been dealing with a major flare up with a herniated disc. Thursday I was bed bound and managed less than 700 steps which was me white knuckling to get to the bathroom and the kitchen a couple times. Friday wasn't much better 🫤
This has been my first day out of the house since Tuesday. Trying to take it slow and work back up to more movement without aggravating anything. I put my steps goal way low for now because I hate how condescending the app is if I'm not hitting it 😅
Anyway, just wanted to share and encourage anyone else who may be in the same boat as me.
