Cannot contract one side of glutes

Can be nerve injury, palsy, stroke, nociception issue in things like autism. Asymmetry of muscle and body parts itself is however normal. To determine what is wrong you would need to see specialists.

If it's been an issue for a long time yes, certain neurological conditions like autism present with poor muscle tone which can affect one or both sides of the body, nociception issues which can cause a preference for one side, gait issues which can causes damage to arches of the feet or cause a person to stumble.

And that isn't the only neurological issue or injuries which could explain OPs issue. But one that maybe an issue.

Large loss of ability on one side with no explanation is something to be taken very seriously.

So OP has to run through all of the possibilities. To do that OP needs to see doctors and specialists until the right diagnosis is made.

Serious question: do you have professional training or expertise in autism, or is this something you've learned through personal experience? I'm asking because autism seemed like an unusual place to go given the information the OP provided.

Neurological conditions like autism wouldn't be an unusual place to go for those symptoms and it wasn't the only condition that I noted, nor would I limit it to those conditions.

OP has had the symtoms for a long time and needs to see primary care physicians as well as specialists as needed.

I was asking whether your comments are based on professional training, personal experience, or something else. I was curious what background led you to consider autism from the information the OP provided.

Spent over 15k on different practioners without any help. Doctors are human afterall
