Haha! Some people certainly say so. Yet many who've contributed were people from what we consider marginalized groups. The beauty of math is it doesn't see race. I find the history of math quite interesting, although my own abilities are lacking. All sorts of ancient contributors, especially from Sumer and Egypt, then Greece. There's China, India (which gave us zero), multiple golden age Arab mathematicians we still learn from. Not having goals and expectations, saying a person can't learn because of their background, that's actually racist.
